Anti-friction coatings
Often referred to as “lubricating paints” after application, these materials form dry, solid layers of lubricant over the entire surface on which they are applied.
The solid lubricant or powder that offers the best load resistance and an excellent coefficient of friction is molybdenum disulfide (MoS2).
Our anti-friction coatings help customers improve safety, reliability and performance by controlling friction and wear, preventing component damage, extending lubrication intervals and reducing production and operating costs.
Anti-friction coatings
Benefits
Dry lubrication, clean, free of dust, dirt and moisture
Lifetime lubrication, without aging, evaporation or oxidation
Rust prevention without surface treatments (eg galvanizing- zinc coating (plating)
Non-flammable protection, does not stain metals, plastics and elastomers
Controlled film thickness for accurate load-bearing capacity
Effective lubrication even after prolonged shutdown
